' WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Airport
c Dilator, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
oc cdact and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
Rehatklitation of the Ground Power Unit (GPU) Project at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and

HEREAS, the Airport Director has filed said plans ,
speei- ications , form of contract and preliminary estimate of
c¢st,<etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
ctrnsiFdered the same .

N 1TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 2009 .
