n .14. REAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
h td bre instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said- jty to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
o€- ceract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) Current Year
Tandem Dump Truck and Two (2) Single Axle Dump Trucks with Snow
catitxgi, Package for the Street Department, in the City of
Waer1o, Iowa, and
^ s11HEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
prelim4nary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
for ti Ehise Purchase of One (1) Current Year Tandem Dump Truck and
Two (`2 Single Axle Dump Trucks with Snow Control Package for the
Street Department, which were preliminarily approved on May 18 ,
2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 8 ,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) Current Year
Tandem Dump Truck and Two (2) Single Axle Dump Trucks with Snow
Control Package for the Street Department, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .
