document, form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1)
Ciztrernt Year Tandem Dump Truck and Two (2) Single Axle Dump
Tile with Snow Control Package for the Street Department, in
t1ec City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
tYis,� ouncil after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
i o..ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
appred.
