BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t4at the City-State Agreement dated June 8 , 2009, for Revitalize
ry I®iva' s Sound Economy (RISE) funds for a maximum amount of
$ 7, 168 . 00, with 50 percent required city match, for the F.Y.
2a1e New Road Off Airline Highway, Contract No. 767, by and
between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
