H; ¢ ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

c - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated June 8 , 2009, for FY2009 Edward Byrne
R% Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program funding in the
• amount of $99, 628 . 00 jointly with Black Hawk County and the City
of Cedar Falls, Iowa, with no required local match, to be used
for funding the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
between the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
