BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated June 8 , 2009, for
a' disttibution of the FY2009 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
R Ass±stance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $99, 628 . 00, to be used
fo-:funding the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
be, een the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Black Hawk County and the
City- of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
