Pr.mming and Zoning Commission, and
c 47HEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
shcil receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CII1Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Waterloo Rx
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .
