BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ttaa the agreement dated June 8 , 2009, for the Police Department
to use the Central Middle School parking lot for training
w purposes, by and between the Waterloo Community Schools and the
w City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
