sh lmmeet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Ibw 4. ; ,_50 p.m. on the 22nd day of June, 2009, for the purpose
ofs an.6-cilering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
ex-ress might-of-way generally located at the intersection of East
Ri,ddeiyAvenue and LaPorte Road, and legally described as

Pio' ri Irregular shaped portion of the Northeast fractional
ri 1/ of Section 2 , Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, is more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel "F" , as
recorded on Plat of Survey, Book 574 , Page 152 in the
Recorder' s Office of Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence
South 69°32 ' 13" West along the Northerly line of said
Parcel "F" , a distance of 81 . 58 feet, to the Northwest
corner of said Parcel "F" ; thence North 06°35 ' 47" West
along the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of
said Parcel "F" , a distance of 32 . 40 feet; thence North
80°01' 01" East, a distance of 70 . 52 feet; thence South
33°57 ' 15" East along the Northerly extension of the
Easterly line of said Parcel "F" , a distance of 19 . 16
feet, to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Said tract of land contains 0 . 04 acres more or less .
Said tract of land being subject to and together with
any and all easements of record.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
