o m COST, ETC. , FOR THE 2009 GATES PARK PRO SHOP
• on REROOFING PROJECT.

H WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
°' Se,rwices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
N fcrn of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
c 20Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
'Nt7' WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
sp-etrifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
cp_nsidered the same .
E¢- c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hercgby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .
