o tCrr COST, ETC. , FOR NEW FIRE STATION #8 FOR THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
C n H WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
°' Oibia1/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
ru specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
rc ccS etc . , for New Fire Station #8 for the City of Waterloo,
Iowa? in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
sp�eci'ications, and

WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
famed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
piminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City
o d Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .
