- Sectizn 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shaahmee, at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Wat `Iowa, at 8 : 00 a.m. on the 29th day of June, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
sit,- cif -cations, form of contract and estimate of cost for New
Fare Station #8 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .
