rri BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

a East- 4th Street, to change the outdoor service area to include
w direct access from the front door and additional parking area, to
use-the city parking lot adjacent to Levi Brothers consisting of
approximately 15 additional parking stalls during the Screaming
Ea ie' s Bike Night Promotion every Thursday evening from 5 : 30
