� _. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hetetofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
p epe proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Rehabilitation of Ground Power Unit (GPU) at the Waterloo
Re.grooal Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
Plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
Rehabilitation of Ground Power Unit (GPU) at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, which were preliminarily approved on June 1,
20D9,. and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 15,
20O9,Pand no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Rehabilitation of Ground Power Unit (GPU)
at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2009 .
