ss O v RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
ss REHABILITATION OF GROUND POWER UNIT (GPU) AT
o THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-558 , plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , for the Rehabilitation of Ground Power
Ui (GPU) at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of
Watrloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
aft the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
isT , so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
iovements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
sifications .
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
cenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
