WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare

propased plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F2009 U. S . 63/U. S . 218 Interchange Area, Contract No. 757, in
the G1ty of Waterloo, Iowa, and

iHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
spee'iications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 U. S .
63/U.`S . 218 Interchange Area, Contract No. 757, which were
preliminarily approved on May 18 , 2009, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 15 ,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 U. S . 63/U. S . 218 Interchange
Area, Contract No. 757, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2009 .
