' '' HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
posed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F. '. X009 West Shaulis Road Extension Project, Contract No. 759,
in-V-1 City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
7HEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
spezifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 West
Shaulis Road Extension Project, Contract No. 759, which were

c J HEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 15,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 West Shaulis Road Extension
Project, Contract No. 759, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2009 .
