RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
s ¢ H ROUSSELOW BROTHER' S FARMS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t1.- the lease agreement dated June 15 , 2009, at a cost of
cv $3, 410 . 00, to farm approximately 31 acres of land generally
1z, located to the north of West Ridgeway Avenue, west of Martin
Raia4, directly adjacent to Denso International from June 15, 2009
t4 ;7ecember 31, 2009, by and between Rousselow Brother' s Farms,
Irre: of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the ' same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
