with F. Y. 2009 West Shaulis Road Extension Project, Contract No.
79", by and between Kirkham, Michael and Associates, Inc . of
Uaandale, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same

in-behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
