M m BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c tka the engineering agreement dated June 15, 2009, at an
e :t*ated cost of $148 , 000 . 00, for review of various aspects of
ru theHWastewater Pollution Control System, by and between AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
