BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 15, 2009, at a maximum fee of
�'$10,-000 . 00, to write an application for Energy Efficiency &
N Conservation Block Grant Program, by and between Howard R. Green
°Comp .ny of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and _ the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
