BE IT ORDAINFD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ITIATERLOO, I(MA,
AS FOLLOWS :
the 20' alley lying adjacent to Lots 9-16, tnclustve, Block •
64, Cooley Addition, City of Waterloo, Black HaWk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 6th day of January, 1986, and approved by the
Mayor on the 8th day of January, 1926.
