AN ORDINANCE VACATING NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO
LOTS 9-13, Kr. 1, RICKER AND BRATNOBER'S ADDDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
The sixteen (16) ft. alley running from Newell Street to
Ricker Street and lyinn easterly of and adjacent to Lots
9-13 inclusive, Rik. 1, Ricker and Rratnoher's Addition,
City of waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 24th day of February, 1986, and approved by
the Mayor on the 26th day of February, 1986.
