WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc . is performing work
w -thin the city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction
Tar-4th work related to the West High School parking lot

no WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
N0i8e Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and

WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from June 23 , 2009 through August 14 , 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Peterson Contractors, Inc .
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be and the
same hereby granted.
