WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
h(retofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
spe,ciications, form of contract, etc . , for the Commercial Street
P ;rking Garage Structural Repairs, Phase II, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
didcfile said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
ctrrct, etc . , for the Commercial Street Parking Garage
St 'zzc ural Repairs, Phase II, which were preliminarily approved
on line 1, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 22 ,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Commercial Street Parking Garage
Structural Repairs, Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2009 .
