O BENT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Hawkeye International Trucks of Waterloo,
IoW4,0, or the Purchase of Two (2) Single Axle Dump Trucks with
SW pntrol Equipment, in the amount of $113 , 600 . 00 per truck,
and_--One (1) Tandem Axle Dump Truck with Snow Plow, in the amount
of 1$319, 747 . 50 , described in the specifications heretofore
adopt by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on pubrished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
