RESOLUTION NO. 2009-577
RESOLUTION APPROVING LARRY YOUNGBLUT' S
REQUEST TO ALLOW FOR A 2ND CURB-CUT TO SERVE
A PROPOSED 26' X 28' DETACHED GARAGE ALONG
THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE AT 4250 HARBIN
DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
WHEREAS, Larry Youngblut, 4250 Harbin Drive, has made
written application to the City Council appealing the Driveway
Policy to allow for a 2nd curb-cut to serve a proposed 26' x 28'
detached garage along the north side of the house, and legally
described as follows :
Audubon Park First Addition Lot 25, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said Larry Youngblut' s request for a 2nd
curb cut to serve a proposed 26' x 28' detached garage along the
north side of the house at 4250 Harbin Drive, be and the same
hereby approved, subject to construction of a single lane
driveway access that is no more than 10' wide at the sidewalk and
no more than 16' wide at the flare at the back of the curb on
Harbin Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2009 .
