oe T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
-ThAt the bid of K & W Electric of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
amount of $72 , 550 . 00 , for the Rehabilitation of Ground Power Unit
(GPU) at the Waterloo Regional Airport, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by
law . be end is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
receivedh for said work, contingent upon receiving Federal
Aviati6h �Administration grant .
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2009 .
