RESOLUTION NO. 2009-584
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HEALTH SYSTEM (ALLEN
HOSPITAL) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Way Access Agreement dated June 22, 2009, for
use of city' s public right of way for installation of fiber optic
cable to serve Allen Hospital, by and between Iowa Health System
(Allen Hospital) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2009 .
