WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 (3) allows municipalities
°' to certifyunpaid p garbage and sewage fees to the benefited
w Bperty as a lien.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same hereby
tpktructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all
txpaid garbage and sewage fees as contained in the attached
Wdicedule now on file in the City Clerk' s office .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2009 .
