cWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
he-re'tofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Adtn nistrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the 2009 New Fire
Station #8 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contTract, etc . , for the 2009 New Fire Station #8 , which were
preltiiminarily approved on June 8 , 2009, and
_ WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 29 ,
2Tn', and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 New Fire Station #8 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, apr_roved as filed.
