c c WHEREAS, KBBG-FM has made written application to the City
C9*il asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
KRIAP-FM 32hd Annual Parade on August 15, 2009, and

77 WHEREAS, said parade will begin at 10 : 00 a.m. , with route
starting at Gates Park on Lester and 4th Streets, then south on
Ltnn Street to Newell Street, turn right onto Newell Street, left
oat() East 4th Street to Sumner Street, left onto Mobile Street
aid end at KBBG-FM radio station on the corner of Mobile and
Nell Streets .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WXTERLOO, IOWA, that the request of KBBG-FM to hold KBBG-FM 32 '
Annual Parade on August 15 , 2009, beginning at 10 : 00 a.m. , with
route starting at Gates Park on Lester and 4th Streets, then
south on Linn Street to Newell Street, turn right onto Newell
Street, left onto East 4th Street to Sumner Street, left onto
Mobile Street and end at KBBG-FM radio station on the corner of
Mobile and Newell Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
