WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
a' heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F = 2010 Geraldine Road, Contract No. 767, in the City of
Watrloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
sEe ifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010
Geraldine Road, Contract No. 767, which were preliminarily
approved on June 22 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 6,
2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010 Geraldine Road, Contract No.
767, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
