s s RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN

s n CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2009 GATES PARK PRO SHOP

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o' heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
ecs, for the 2009 Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
pro:liminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
t2009 Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing, which were preliminarily
appoved on June 8 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 6,
2009 .
vF NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
