E- 13E RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

-That the bid of Vieth Construction Corporation of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, in the amount of $166, 455 . 11, for the construction
of the F.Y. 2009 U. S . 63/218 Sidewalk and Median Improvements,
Contract No. 757, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
agcepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.

`The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
impk.gvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
