ss GRANT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c- that the amendment to the 2007 Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) Lead Grant dated July 6, 2009, to extend the Lead Grant
budget and project period for one year from July 31, 2009 to July
31, 2010 , by and between the U. S . Environmental Protection Agency
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
