BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 6, 2009, for a Brownfield
forgivable loan in the amount of $215, 000 . 00, for continued work
cin demolition of dilapidated structures at the former Chamberlain
Site, by and between Iowa Department of Economic Development and
€hs City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
