E- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE WATER1 OO, IOWA,
t.Y_ t the Development Agreement dated July 6, 2009, for
conruction of a new 14 , 800 square foot facility across from the
ti newt Tyson Foods entrance on North Elk Run Road, with a new
taxable value of $1 . 5 million in Phase I and an additional value
of_ .$850, 000 . 00 in Phases II and III, with tax rebates at 50
percent for five years for each phase, by and between Veteran
Enterprises, Ltd. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Ick, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
CI rik authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
