thsE. the application dated July 6, 2009, for infrastructure for
Daster Recovery funding to use for funding of lift stations in
(c the Blowers Creek area, Vinton Street area, Dry Run Creek area,
Virden Creek area and Westfield area, by and between the Iowa
D4Dartment of Community Development Block Grant and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
