DISCRETIONARY HOTEL/MOTEL TAX FUNDS,

WHEREAS, Waterloo Fire Rescue has requested $2, 000 . 00 from
FYE10 Discretionary Hotel/Motel Tax Funds, and

WHEREAS, said funds will be used to pay for 20 hours of
zGalcyl. EMT team coverage for the July 31-August 2, 2009 Irish Fest
ccin-the Lincoln Park area.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following allocation of FYE10 Discretionary Hotel/Motel
Tax Funds, be and the same is hereby approved:
