c WHEREAS, the City Council previous y instructed the Leisure
S „.rvices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
farp, cf contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
2 O9 -Tihbits Baseball Complex Fencing Project, in the City of
W erloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
tro WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,

cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
�_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WIRLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications , form of contract

hereby preliminarily approved.
