BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shallmeet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Water'oo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of July, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for General
Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 164-D-GO-07-27-
09 (Rath Maintenance Building, 97 Vinton Street) , in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
