Contracts and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans,

Watery Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said

of c st, etc , , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
havitxg considered the same.
`NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
