s RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF NOEL ANDERSON
s n FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE

c WHEREAS, Noel Anderson is requesting a variance to the Noise
c Qrdinance on July 11, 2009 from 5 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. in
conjunction with a party to be held at 209 Alice Avenue,
including a band, and

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said Noel Anderson has made formal application for
a variance on July 11, 2009 from 5 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Noel Anderson for a variance
to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on July 11, 2009 from
5 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with a party to be held at
209 Alice Avenue, including a band, be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009 .
