Hz BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

_:., That the bid of Quick Construction Company of Waterloo,
Io'za, in the amount of $5 , 750 . 00 , for the construction of the
Ra--h- Administration Building, Misc . Contract No. 0001-GO,
de cribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
thi - Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009 .
