RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
GOVERNOR' S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
o - DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
- that the agreement dated July 13 , 2009 for the FFY 09 Byrne-
fc ,justice Assistance Grant, in the amount of $466, 183 . 00, with
00 -.ocal match of $116, 547 . 00, to be used for funding of the Tri-
County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between the Governor' s
Office of Drug Control Policy and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009 .
