n EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

c n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that- the one-year School Resource Officers Agreement dated
rp July 13 , 2009, for assignment of five police officers at the
• middle school and high school level and additional services at
the elementary level, at a cost of $140, 000 . 00, by and between
the _Waterloo Community School District and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
War,�trloo, Iowa.
