s RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY
s n n EASEMENT AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
o � SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
• s WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement of the hereinafter
fescribed parcels is necessary for the construction of Geraldine
a; �l NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
JITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreement, by
SStnd between Martinson Real Estate Development, LLC, for the
ikrcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the
„C y of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and the same

Temporary Easement
H Commencing at the Northeast corner of Parcel "D" of
Plat of Survey filed as Doc #2005-08734 and corrected
¢ survey as Doc #2005-15774 being part of the Northeast
O Quarter of Section 8 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence South 88°58 ' 11" West along the North line
of said Parcel "D" 309 . 77 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 01°17' 26" East 577 . 42 feet;
thence Southwesterly 186 . 70 feet along a 118 . 50 foot
radius curve concave Northwesterly (said curve having a
long chord of 167 . 98 feet and bearing South 43°50 ' 44"
West) ; thence South 88°58 ' 53" West 82 . 54 feet; thence
North 01°01' 07" West 126 . 00 feet; thence North
88°58' 53" East 75 . 00 feet; thence North 01°17' 26" West
570 . 45 feet; thence North 88°58 ' 11" East along said
North line 126 . 00 feet to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009, and approved
by the Mayor on the 15th day of July, 2009 .
