c s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
°-' that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 13 , 2009, at
rc a cost not to exceed $74 , 396 . 50, for completion of design,
1 riding process and contract documents for the New Fire Station
by and between Struxture Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the
k,y of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
t�z4 Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
