- BE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Parking Ramp Use Agreement dated July 13 , 2009 , to lease
° 'f( parking spaces in the top level of the East Park Avenue Ramp
at: a cost of $1 . 00 per space per month, by and between Bourbon
Street Restaurant, L.L. C. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009 .
